Fee Estimate Headings: Part 3 – Mortis Causa
Hello!
Today we have Part 3 of our Fee Estimate Headings (testate di preventivo) dedicated to Mortis Causa. I would like to thank ZNR Notai for sharing these with the readers of Federnotizie and for involving me in the translation and review procedure in English.
Please note the following in the translations:
- “registri immobiliari”has been translated as “Land Registry”. This is the most commonly used term in English-speaking jurisdictions to refer to the official body responsible for recording property rights;
- “Will” is the abbreviation of “Last will and testament”, but “testament” on its own is not used to refer to a “Last will and testament”.
The Fee Estimate Headings will be published in five sections on FederNotizie as part of the upcoming editions of Peter’s Pills. The sections are organised as follows:
- Real Estate (Peter’s Pills # 87)
- Corporate (Peter’s Pills # 88)
- Mortis Causa (today’s edition of Peter’s Pills)
- Other
- Non-registered acts (formalities, etc.)
